On the Takealot website a Cadac 9kg gas cylinder was advertised as a saving of 30% at a price of R699. At that same time the same product was advertised on the Leroy Merlin website for R688 and on the Makro website for R729. Overstating discounts is a form of false advertising and constitutes misleading of consumers.
